Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse during business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting support.

Processing Time Policy

Processing time is 1–3 business days.

Orders placed before 18:00 (6:00 PM) on business days will begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 (6:00 PM) will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery is estimated to take 5–12 days after shipment. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and external conditions.

Shipping Region

We currently only deliver within France.

Shipping Cost Policy

Orders below €79: €7.99 shipping fee applies.

Orders of €79 or above: eligible for free shipping.

Address Modification Policy

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this time, changes may not be possible as the order may already be processed or dispatched.
